Dear all

Thank you for your continued support of the CCHF Virtual Symposia on Advances in C-H Functionalization.

The CCHF is hosting the 16th episode in our Virtual Symposium Series on Tuesday, December 10, at 4 PM Eastern Time. We have a fantastic line up of speakers and so I encourage everyone to join us for what should be a wonderful afternoon of C–H Functionalization. The speakers are:

  • Rubén Martín, Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia
  • Debabrata Maiti, Indian Institute of Technology-Bombay
  • Jennifer Roizen, Duke University

The program will be an interesting mix of talks from around the world. All three have made major contributions to the development of new methodologies and strategies related to C-H functionalization.

We recommend you join the meeting through Zoom Webinar, but YouTube is available as well (links are provided below). Please circulate this announcement and attached flyer to anyone you know that might be interested in joining the event. We encourage people to come together to join the meeting from lecture halls or conference rooms, but of course you can join individually as well. If you are joining as groups please e-mail a photo and an estimate of your number to us!

When you join the meeting you will be given instructions on how to download Zoom or you can watch the Zoom Webinar in the browser. You will also have to register by name and email address. If you are planning to join as a group and would like your group to be seen on the screen, please send a chat to one of the webinar moderators, Denise Bale or Rachael Hall, and they can upgrade you from an attendee to a panelist which allows your room to be visible to the whole group.

I hope you will be joining us!
